FIRST - Know that God loves you, completely and unconditionally.
No matter how bad you think you are, no matter how low you have fallen, the reach of God’s hand extends far beyond your lowest point. Never think that you are not worth loving or that you are not worth saving. God loves you so much that He sacrificed His one and only Son Jesus Christ as an atonement to pay for your sins and make it possible for you to live with Him forever. He wants you to have His joy right here and now. God has set Heaven before you, and there is nothing greater than discovering the eternal Joy of Christ
MAN’S PROBLEM is that he is a sinner and sin separates us from God. The Bible says that we have "all sinned, and come short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23), and that "the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life (and joy) through Jesus Christ" (Romans 6:23).
THE ONLY ANSWER to this problem of separation is JESUS CHRIST.
We must meet Jesus at the Cross - the meeting place between God and man which was established the moment that Christ willingly shed His blood upon the Cross. JESUS SAID "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man can come to the Father (God) except through Me" (John 14:6).
WE MUST RESPOND! Through the death of Christ upon the Cross we are justified (just as if I had never sinned). Christ paid the ultimate penalty for our sins. But we must RECEIVE HIM and FOLLOW HIM. Jesus said "I stand at the door and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him" (Revelation 3:20). We must accept this personal invitation of Jesus.
WHAT YOU MUST DO - You must admit that you are a sinner and you need Christ.
Secondly - you must be willing to repent and turn away from your sins. You must also believe that Jesus Christ died on the Cross for you and that He rose again.
Finally - through prayer, invite Jesus to come into your heart and give Him complete control over your life.
Right now, at this very moment, your name can be written down in the Lamb’s Book Of Life. You can be certain of your future. You can find Joy in Christ. Do it today! Do it NOW! Jesus is waiting to hear from you.
Pray this simple prayer - "Dear Lord, I know that I am a sinner and I ask for your forgiveness. I believe that you died on the Cross for my sins. I want to turn from my sins Lord and I want you to come into my heart and into my life. I want to trust you as my Saviour and follow you to everlasting joy. Amen."
